[00:00:01] Hello, everyone. Welcome to the RC Plane Lab podcast. I'm Ron. And I'm Tom. And I'm Dave. Gentlemen.

[00:00:18] Sir.

[00:00:19] Episode 171.

[00:00:22] 171? Holy smokes.

[00:00:24] We shall call it… That's a lot of episodes. We have nothing to talk about.

[00:00:28] It's going to be a light episode. We don't have a lot to talk about.

[00:00:32] We do have some stuff. Some stuff. It's kind of fun.

[00:00:35] Yeah.

[00:00:37] Got into a new side of the hobby, a new plane type. We can talk about that a little bit. Surprisingly, oddly enough, the way it came to be was interesting through Dave. But we'll talk about that here in a little bit, too.

[00:00:54] Dave's holding out on us. I know. Airplanes, we didn't have any idea he had. Oh, yeah. You guys have no clue what I've got. I wonder what else there is then. I think we should probably take a road trip to Dave's place.

[00:01:08] Lighten the load for somebody, just not us, right? Yeah. Let's see.

[00:01:13] First $5,000 takes it all.

[00:01:16] You heard it here first, folks. $5,000. And Dave will start from scratch. 60 plus aircraft. That's actually… 20, 30, 40 cars. Oh, yeah. The cars, too.

[00:01:29] Oh, the cars. Bits, pieces, odds and ends.

[00:01:33] It's probably not a half bad deal, to be honest.

[00:01:35] That's actually a really good deal, because I know a lot of what Dave has. There's some very large airplanes in that collection, too. Yeah, but there's not a lot of junk. I would say there's almost no junk. Dave's stuff is, for the most part, nice.

[00:01:48] Except for the junk?

[00:01:50] Except for the very, very small percentage that, is not. Yeah.

[00:01:54] We all have that. We all have the beaters. Oh, my goodness. There's some questionable stuff in there.

[00:01:59] Yeah. Yeah, but anyway.

[00:02:02] Before we get into that… Yes. You want to talk about the new airplane? Hey, yeah.

[00:02:06] It's funny you should mention that, because on the last episode, we were… I think we said something to the effect of, there's two airplanes that everybody ought to have, right?

[00:02:14] Or has had.

[00:02:15] Or has had, right. A Cub and a Mustang.

[00:02:17] Mm-hmm.

[00:02:17] So, what did…

[00:02:18] In the previous week? A Mustang. They came out with a Mustang.

[00:02:21] New Mustang.

[00:02:21] And this time, Hangar 9 came out with… A Cub.

[00:02:27] What's the span on the new one?

[00:02:28] 82 and a half. 82, yep. But there is a clipped wing option coming, also, that I heard.

[00:02:36] Now, that could be interesting.

[00:02:38] That takes it down to 69, maybe? Mm-hmm. I don't remember exactly, and I don't have it in front of me.

[00:02:45] That takes it down to Goldberg Cub size. Mm-hmm. Yeah.

[00:02:49] But it's actually kind of cool, because they actually have listed on there, sizing, 62 four-stroke

[00:02:56] Glow. Oh. I know. I love that.

[00:03:00] Or 11cc four-stroke gas. Mm-hmm. Blah, blah, blah. Blah, blah, blah. Electric. Or a 4-6S compatible electric power system. I mean, it's a good looking airplane.

[00:03:09] I suppose maybe they'll do floats for it eventually, too.

[00:03:12] They have floats for it, too. Yeah. See, that's… Pre-order now for delivery for shipment in December.

[00:03:23] So, next one. Oh, gosh. Yeah. It's coming up.

[00:03:25] Yeah. Coming up quick.

[00:03:26] Yeah. A clipped wing on floats. That could be fun. I think that could be a lot of fun.

[00:03:32] That might be kind of fun.

[00:03:32] Yeah.

[00:03:33] I'm still partial to the full spans.

[00:03:35] Yeah. I mean, I have a full span Cub, the big one. But, yeah, a clipped wing version on floats. I had one many, many years ago, the Goldberg version that I built with a clipped wing and put it on floats.

[00:03:46] And it flew very, very well. Speaking of clipped wing on floats, that's what I've got going right now on that rebuild on that Goldberg. It's a clipped wing with the floats. Mm-hmm. You put the floats together yet?

[3:58] UNKNOWN: No. No, no.

[00:03:59] No, I'm still recovering the Cub. Okay.

[00:04:03] And you don't have to worry about that until Joe Knoll. Not this year. So, you have till May.

[00:04:10] Well, this is 2024, so, yeah. Yeah.

[00:04:12] I mean, it would be 25 this year. Yeah, that's probably not happening.

[00:04:17] Well, hopefully something happens between now and then, and it does. Because Joe Knoll's a lot of fun. Yes. Just so far. It's one week a year.

[00:04:28] I wish it was more. Anyway, so, yeah.

[00:04:30] It could be more.

[00:04:32] Well, yeah.

[00:04:32] You could do fall. Yeah. No, in the fall. That would be fun, I guess.

[00:04:36] Yeah. Although, I mean, I wish it was longer on one drive. Oh, I got you. That drive is just. Yeah, I mean. It gets long.

[00:04:45] Yeah.

[00:04:45] But you forget about it when you get there. Yeah. Totally. And then it sucks coming home.

[00:04:49] Yeah.

[00:04:49] And then you get home when you forget about it and you're ready to go back next year.

[00:04:53] Pretty much spot on. Mm-hmm. That's exactly how it goes, too.

[00:04:57] Anyway, so, new Cub from Hangar 9. which kind of made me remember, I still have the Cub I bought last year that I took the Joe Nolan floats. That was. Oh, yeah. A little underwhelming. I mean, it flew fine, flew scale. I'm thinking about redoing the power system and servos and all that stuff on there to kind of liven it up a little bit.

[00:05:20] Maybe go 4S.

[00:05:21] Yeah.

[00:05:22] Mm-hmm.

[00:05:22] I mean, it's small.

[00:05:23] It's the 15E size. Honestly, the power system that's in the decathlons would probably be a pretty good match for that. Honestly.

[00:05:31] Oh, the.

[00:05:31] The R.J.G.

[00:05:32] Oh, actually, maybe. Yeah.

[00:05:33] Yeah.

[00:05:34] I didn't even think of that.

[00:05:35] I bet that would be a pretty good match.

[00:05:37] Those floats add a lot of drag.

[00:05:39] They do. But, I mean.

[00:05:40] They do, but it's not that small of an airplane. I mean, sorry, the R.J. Gritter is not that small of an airplane compared to what the Cub is.

[00:05:50] Yeah. And you can go 4S with that. Yeah. You can go 3 or 4, but the 4S with that decathlon is.

[00:05:56] Yeah.

[00:05:57] But on a Cub, that would be.

[00:05:58] That would probably be plenty. That'd be nice.

[00:06:01] I've got a motor just lying around out of the Goblin.

[00:06:04] Oh, boy. 6S setup. Oh, my gosh. I don't think it needs to run on a 4-inch prop. I mean.

[00:06:09] Could you imagine? Just the sound alone. Why does that Cub sound like it's going 180 mile an hour, but it's only going 10? That might be funny to listen to. That would actually kind of be funny.

[00:06:20] For a minute and a half, and then I think it would get a little.

[00:06:21] It'd be a lot like Daniel's wing, that foam wing that sounds like it's just.

[00:06:26] You look ahead for it, and then you have to go back.

[00:06:29] You have to back up a little bit.

[00:06:30] Oh, there it is. 300 feet in the air. Oh, it hasn't made it to where I think it should be yet. Yeah, but anyway, so I'm thinking I might do that this summer. No, this winter. This winter. For summer. For summer, yeah. As long as I can, convince myself I have time to do another project.

[00:06:45] Right.

[00:06:45] Because that's one that really only gets flown at Jonal.

[00:06:51] Yeah, pretty much. So we'll see. Yeah. Anyway, I'm thinking a clipped wing version of that new Hangar 9 went on floats would be nice.

[00:07:02] It will be, but I don't want to spend the money.

[00:07:04] Well, I don't either.

[00:07:05] It's not a bad price, but I've got.

[00:07:07] No, it's for other reasons. What is the price?

[00:07:10] The ARF was $399.

[7:12] UNKNOWN: Okay.

[00:07:14] Comparable to others at this point.

[00:07:16] I mean, for an all wood ARF, that's pretty much in line. I'd say, yeah. I agree. Two-piece wing, I'm assuming.

[7:23] UNKNOWN: Mm-hmm.

[00:07:23] See, that's where it wins, in my opinion, over the Goldberg. Yeah. But the Goldberg is a classic.

[00:07:31] Yeah, but the one piece is a pain.

[00:07:32] It is. But that's what I'm saying. Yeah, I know. I'm just agreeing.

[00:07:36] Oh, okay.

[7:36] UNKNOWN: Gotcha.

[00:07:38] So, yeah. Is that it? That's all the new stuff?

[00:07:40] Yeah, that's all I saw.

[00:07:41] Yeah, I haven't seen anything much in the way of other stuff either.

[00:07:46] Yeah, none of my sources have shown anything new. You can get a lot of Black Friday stuff. Oh, yeah.

[00:07:52] There seems to be a lot of, I mean, not to get political, I don't do that, but there seems to be a lot of concern about the future of our hobby and the costs involved. I guess.

[00:08:05] I haven't seen that.

[00:08:06] Yeah, there's a lot of guys like, on some of the forums and some of the, like the manufacturer Facebook pages, people are kind of chiming in. I guess the president-elect has indicated that he's going to impose some fairly significant tariffs on imported goods, mostly from China. And so, as a lot of our stuff is made in China. So, a lot of people that are concerned about that. And to that, I say, hey, let's wait and see.

[00:08:37] We'll see when it gets here.

[00:08:38] I mean, I'm not going to.

[00:08:39] It's not worth worrying about.

[00:08:40] Yeah, I'm not going to worry about it. So, I'm a huge fan of ProModeler servos. And I guess some guys were talking about John Beach. It's probably, he's concerned about it and he's afraid he may have to raise his prices. And like I said to that, I say, hey, let's not put the card before the horse. Let's not create a false,.

[00:09:05] Like everybody did with Freyas and all that kind of stuff.

[00:09:08] Exactly.

[00:09:08] Because honestly, I think that turned out okay.

[00:09:10] Yeah. I mean, really nothing for me has changed. Well, for me, I'll be honest, this has zero impact to me. Like I still fly exactly the way I flew before. I routinely break the law and I don't care. Well, if you fly at a Freya and you stay at 399.99, you're good.

[00:09:28] Yeah.

[00:09:29] Which that's what I do. Me too. Not so much. And he went to Dave. Don't admit to it.

[00:09:38] Nobody listens. It's okay.

[00:09:39] 399.999. Yeah. I never exceed 399.98 feet.

[00:09:44] There you go.

[00:09:45] Perfect. Never.

[00:09:46] Never.

[00:09:47] Unless we're at a sanctioned event, then we go up to 1,200 sometimes.

[00:09:50] 7 or 12, depending. Yeah. But anyway, so we went to a swap meet. You want to go to that? Because instead of what you're talking about?

[00:09:58] Sure. Sure. Why not? Because no one else did. Well, mostly I just wanted to say, hey, let's chill out, wait, and let's see. But anyway, yeah, we went to a…

[00:10:05] Chillax, everybody.

[00:10:06] We went to a swap meet, the Decatur one. We go to that one pretty frequently. It's usually not too bad.

[00:10:11] Yeah. And this year, as a buyer, it didn't disappoint either.

[00:10:15] No, I actually bought stuff. You bought stuff. Dave bought a thing. I tried. You did.

[10:24] UNKNOWN: You did.

[00:10:25] Yeah.

[00:10:25] So we went. But it was good. And Dave was set up. He brought some planes to sell. And he had one there that I had never seen before. And so I picked it up to look at it and promptly broke it. So because of that, I had to buy it. Of course. You break, you buy.

[00:10:43] Yeah, you had to take out a loan, too.

[00:10:49] $10 for… Bind and fly. An airplane that we had no clue what it was. Yeah. And… It kind of looks cool, though. It looks… It does actually look cool. So we now know what it is. We'll get to that in a minute. But I want to hear the story of where it came from.

[00:11:06] It came from another swap made a year and a half, two years ago, down in the St. Louis area. I think it might have been Belleville, but I'm not certain.

[00:11:16] Okay.

[00:11:17] I paid $2 for it.

[00:11:23] Huh. Well, he made…

[00:11:25] He made money off of you.

[00:11:26] How does that make you… Oh, I put a receiver in it, which I also paid $2 for.

[00:11:30] So I had $4 in it.

[00:11:31] So he made 250% profit. I just got tired of fixing it. Every time I touched it, it broke. It is somewhat fragile. Yes. So we flew it. I got three flights on it. Tommy got two flights on it. And I think it has four repairs. Although two of those were… Relatively minor. Yeah. Two of those were from me looking at it when I picked it up.

[00:11:55] I'm sure somebody sneezed. One of those was from me. I'm not sure. That was… I don't know. I broke it once. And then I broke it… Well, the second time on the landing.

[00:12:07] Yeah. I think you knocked it on your sleeve or something.

[00:12:13] Yeah. I think maybe it was my sleeve. I don't know. Yeah.

[00:12:15] But anyway, so what it is…

[00:12:16] Just handling it. Yeah.

[00:12:17] And okay. So anyway, so we got it. I had no clue what it was. And I'm going to be honest. That was, at the time, the regret I had of buying that airplane. I was like, that was stupid. But what? Whatever. I broke it. It did have an eFlight. What is it? 250 or something. One of the tiny, tiny, tiny motors on it. So I figured I wasn't going to go wrong. At least the motor was worth 10 bucks. So I'm going to be honest.

[00:12:45] My original plan after I broke it was just to tear it apart and keep the electronics because,

[00:12:51] … Tearing it apart is not going to be hard.

[00:12:53] Just drop it on the floor.

[00:12:55] Just look at it wrong.

[00:12:56] But anyway, so we got home and I mean, honestly, had no clue what battery even to use in it. And luckily, what was it, like two weeks ago, three, a month ago, whatever, we were out at the field and Tommy had his, the little eFlight Piper Cub, or Grasshopper, sorry, out there to fly. It was a little bit windy and I made mention of, I need to fly mine sometime, but I still

[00:13:23] Don't have like a battery for it.

[00:13:25] And so you were nice enough. You had me a battery and said, here, just take this one. It's yours. Yep. So…

[00:13:31] Two S 300? Is that 400?

[00:13:34] 400 or 450. All right. I don't remember.

[00:13:36] It's sitting right over there. I could… That's too far away.

[00:13:39] Either way. But anyway, so I brought it home and that's like the only small 2S battery I had. So we figured, let's try that. See if that battery works on it and stuff. Worked fine. Got it bound up after we re-glued it from breaking it at the swap meet. And went out and flew it. And I tell you what, within like three seconds, I was like, oh, this is actually kind of fun. So it is 34 and a half inch swing span. Without the… I don't remember what it was with the battery.

[00:14:17] Without the battery, it was 122 grams.

[00:14:19] Yeah. And somehow… I thought you said it was like 180 something with the battery. What was it?

[14:24] UNKNOWN: No.

[00:14:24] Because it was just under 200. I remember that. Okay. That would make sense then.

[00:14:29] So pretty light.

[00:14:30] Yeah.

[00:14:31] Very light. Especially for that wingspan. I've never had a plane like this before. It is… It's like the Erratics, but four times lighter and flies six times slower. Because that plane, it's just fun to fly. It is. What is it? So, right. So after we flew it, I took a bunch of pictures. Tommy took a video and stuff. So I had pictures of flying. I had no clue what it was. Posted on Discord. Tony Lewis, who is always…

[00:15:04] I mean, I think he has solved like the problem of what plane is this? Like at least three times for me now. One without even knowing. I posted a picture and he said something about, oh, look at that in the background. I was like, I never knew what that one was. And luckily, he told me. But anyway, so it is a… Oh, hold on. Because I don't remember now. It is a fancy foam Osiris.

[00:15:27] Never heard of him before. It's the mild version. It is fancy foam.

[00:15:31] So as I looked up the… There is not much out there. As I looked up the website and stuff, the website is gone. I mean, there is nothing really on there. I found one post on Flying Giants that…

[00:15:48] I actually found one for sale for like $65 at like some hobby shop. I'll be darned.

[00:15:56] Well, yeah. I've seen a couple of them listed online too. I don't know if it's still current though. There's a problem. I thought about emailing them and just saying, hey, is this really right? Because it doesn't say that… I added my cart and everything. It didn't say you couldn't get it. But anyway, so… I got out of my mind. So the post I saw, like I said, Flying Giants, and it says, new planes from fancy foam. There's a guy named Seth, 3D Seth, posted it.

[00:16:24] And I will say when in just a few seconds.

[16:27] UNKNOWN: Okay.

[00:16:27] So he said, just wanted to share with you guys, two new planes are now available to the public from fancy foam. The Andrew Jeske designed Osiris and the Jason Knoll designed Seminole. Both of these are amazing flying airplanes, both designed by great guys and pilots, backed by a great company and great guy. So that was posted. You want to take a guess on it here? I don't think I've told you yet, have I?

[00:16:52] You did.

[00:16:53] Oh, I haven't told you.

[00:16:54] No, I think it's like 2008 or 2009.

[00:16:57] Oh, so he's seen it before.

[00:16:59] I owned the airplane. So did you actually look it up?

[00:17:03] Yeah. I thought you said you didn't know what it was.

[00:17:05] I didn't know what it was either. But as soon as you said… Oh, so you looked it up from Discord.

[00:17:09] I gotcha. Okay. So yeah, so December 22nd, 2008 is when that post was posted online. So that design, that plane, whatever, has been around many years.

[00:17:22] Yeah.

[00:17:23] And I'm guessing…

[00:17:23] The fact that it's still in one piece after that many years, that's something.

[00:17:29] I think it sat for quite a while. There was a lot of dust and stuff on it. But I think the foam has kind of dried out or something because it's a lot more fragile than it should be.

[00:17:45] I was very worried just taking it out of the house to put it in the trailer to go to the swap mate.

[00:17:49] Well, I'm worried with where I have it stored right now. So that might be its downfall, just sitting in storage. We'll see. But like I said, we got five flights on it. Very little wind, but there was some. And you could definitely tell.

[00:18:06] Two to three mile an hour at the most.

[00:18:08] And you could tell. Yeah, on that thing. On that airplane. For sure. But I know nothing about these small ones. This is actually called an F-3P plane. So it's for indoor pattern flying, which I know nothing about. But it's pretty cool because it flies very slow.

[00:18:26] Yeah, it's a lot of fun to fly. The fact that you can… I mean, you can… If you have the space, which, while flying out here with no wind, you have almost unlimited space for that airplane.

[00:18:37] For that, yeah.

[00:18:39] You can throw it around and don't be afraid to do whatever you want because you have plenty of time to correct it because it goes so slow. Like even you point the nose at the ground and pull back on the throttle. It breaks. It almost stops. It's weird. It's like… Well… It's really cool. It'd be a good indoor plane. That's what I'm hoping for.

[00:19:03] One thing it doesn't have that I saw the other planes post online had… Drag brakes. Yeah. That are on the ailerons. So it would have been nice if it had that, but whatever.

[00:19:13] It's still pretty cool. The story I got when I bought it, apparently it was an ETOC Champions warm-up plane.

[00:19:22] Okay.

[00:19:23] So I'm not sure if it was actually Jeskies or who it actually belonged to, but I was told it was one of the champions from the ETOC.

[00:19:31] Yeah, because some of the servos had the case taken off. Yeah. I mean, just to lighten it up and all that kind of stuff too. So… But yeah, it's a fun little airplane. It is. It probably will last five more flights before it's… Before it's all glued….waste twice as much and is all glued because…

[00:19:48] Hopefully it lasts longer than that because, man, it does fly. It flies awesome.

[00:19:52] Yeah. But I don't know how it's lasted this long without being busted.

[00:19:58] It had landing gear when I got it and they were all busted up.

[00:20:01] I just got rid of them. Well, I kind of like it without, to be honest.

[00:20:05] Yeah. You just have to be careful with the landing.

[00:20:07] Well, I think the problem, though, if you had the landing gear on it when you did land, even though it's so slow, it's just going to rip them off.

[00:20:14] Yeah. It couldn't support the aircraft. It would lean to one side really hard.

[00:20:19] Yeah. Yeah, I could see that. But it's a fun little plane. I'm excited. And just like any other plane that I get in a new bucket of the hobby, I don't know what you want to say. Now I want more. Like, I would like to have one that flies as good as this one does that's not…

[00:20:37] Fragile.

[00:20:38] So fragile.

[00:20:39] Yeah.

[00:20:41] Like, you have to be careful.

[00:20:42] Like, it scares me to pick it up, even, to be honest. What about that other profile thing you have from eFlight that's got the tissue? It's like an extra or something like that? Oh, the Yak? Or Yak. Is it a Yak?

[00:20:53] That fly is good, but it doesn't fly as good as this. Oh, okay. I mean, it's just… Because that thing's basically a piece of paper. What is? The one you just got. Oh, yeah. The one I got. I mean, it's got milled out three millimeter foam.

[00:21:07] Yeah.

[00:21:07] It's crazy. So it's that… I mean, they do so much to lighten it up. The Yak from eFlight is light, but it still has a lot higher wing loading and flies faster than that big one.

[00:21:18] Oh, okay.

[00:21:19] It still flies good. Yeah. But it will give if you land hard. Not hard, hard, but, hard-ish.

[00:21:27] Yeah. Whereas this one won't. We've seen… We've seen how much abuse the Erratics airplanes can take.

[00:21:34] Oh, the Erratics takes a lot, yeah.

[00:21:36] But it's significantly faster and higher wing loading also. Well, it's built stronger. Yeah.

[00:21:43] That would be a fun indoor plane, but not like the pattern and stuff that you watch these guys do.

[00:21:48] Yeah.

[00:21:49] So…

[00:21:49] Well, that's our first experience with those, and I like it. Me too.

[00:21:53] Makes me want to go indoor flying, like we talked about before, so we've got to figure out when the next one is and make a trip.

[00:21:58] Yeah.

[00:21:59] I just can't carry it.

[00:22:01] Oh, I know. That's the thing. Like I said, you are scared to touch it and pick it up.

[00:22:05] Yep.

[00:22:06] I don't even want to have the air conditioner on in the car when we're going, because I don't want it to get blown over. But anyway. So, yeah. Thanks, Dave. I'm glad you brought that. Glad you enjoyed it. And it's at least got 10 bucks worth of fun out of it so far. Oh, yeah. For sure. So, we'll see.

[00:22:22] You've got more out than I did. I just, I patched it back together when I got it and just set it off to the side because I couldn't walk out the door with it without breaking it.

[00:22:31] I know. It's, I know. And I'm still going to blame that on old foam.

[00:22:37] Yeah.

[00:22:38] I think it's brittle. Yeah.

[00:22:39] Yep. It's gotten brittle, I think, with time.

[00:22:41] You should not look at it wrong and have it cracked. Yes. But we'll see. So, the other thing I picked up, I got two other airplanes. The old, I think this goes back to about 2010, too, from what I saw. The eFlight Beechcraft Bonanza V-Tail 15E.

[00:23:00] Mm-hmm. That's a fun looking little.

[00:23:02] With retracts. Yeah. With, like, actual electric retracts. Not just the mechanical ones. Yep. So, that's another one that, I mean, it came bind and fly. It had the old AR-7000 in it with a satellite for that small of a plane. So, it's going to take a little bit of setup. I got it mostly set up and dialed in, ready to fly, but got a few more things to do on

[00:23:27] It and we'll be good. Cool.

[00:23:29] And then I picked up.

[00:23:31] That'll be, that'll probably be an Eli field only.

[00:23:35] Yeah. I think so.

[00:23:36] Because it's.

[00:23:36] You better hand chuck it.

[00:23:38] Yeah. Well, but you still have to land it. Because that one's, I mean. It's low. It's a nice little airplane. Yeah. And it's, yeah. Low.

[00:23:45] I think if it was.

[00:23:46] It's built pretty light, too. Yeah. I mean, for what it is. I would hate for you to fly to our home field and tear the gear out of it,.

[00:23:53] Yeah. So, anyway. Don't want to hit divots or anything.

[00:23:56] Yeah.

[00:23:57] But, anyway, the last one I picked up, I'm actually excited about this one more than I thought I should be because I've owned one already. The new eFlight UltraStick, the 1.1 meter. So, the one I got is the plug and play version. So, I just have to add my receiver to it. So, the old one I had had been fixed, had been crashed, had been patched.

[00:24:20] It wasn't beautiful. Yeah.

[00:24:22] And I didn't really care too much for the way it flew. But, what I didn't realize about this one until after I bought it, even, 4S. I don't know who that was. But, anyway.

[00:24:35] 4S. How cool is that? Nice. That's very cool.

[00:24:39] So, I'll be able to run the 4S 2200s that I had.

[00:24:43] That'll wake that thing up. Because the old one was only 3S.

[00:24:46] Yeah. I know.

[00:24:47] And the one that I had, the one that I had previous to the one that you got from me, I think.

[00:24:53] So, I got one from you, but it wasn't the one that you flew.

[00:24:57] Right. Right. Flew. I mean, I really enjoyed the way it flew.

[00:25:02] Yeah.

[00:25:03] But, I can imagine with 4S, it would be even more fun.

[00:25:06] Hovering and all that kind of stuff with it. So, yeah. I'm looking forward to that. That hopefully will become one of the planes that just goes with me a lot of places. Mm-hmm.

[00:25:14] Yeah. And why shouldn't it? I mean. We'll see. 4S 2200s charge in about, I don't know, 12 seconds. So.

[00:25:21] It charges very fast. Yeah. I think I'll probably end up buying a couple more of them. And then that will be like back to back to back to back.

[00:25:29] Oh, yeah. So. For sure. Yep. Yeah. So, that's all I have. That's all I did. Yeah. How about anybody else? Any regrets? Did you miss buying anything?

[00:25:39] I'll let you tell that story. I forgot about that. I was all happy. You already forgot about it. I was all happy about that until now. Go ahead.

[00:25:48] Spin your yarn. So, we were talking here. It's a couple episodes ago. we were talking about the new FMS Super Scorpion version 2 is going to be out soon. And I really like that airplane. Like, I've seen the V1 fly. Anyway, long story short, I got to the swap meet. And the very first thing I walk in the door, the very first thing I see is a used. FMS Super Scorpion. the orange version 1. Version 1. Sitting on a table. And I'm like, oh, gosh darn it.

[00:26:17] There's, like, if there was anything here I was going to buy, or if there was anything here I was looking for, it was something, like that.

[00:26:25] Well, hold on. Let's go back to the conversation we had on the way over. What was the conversation we had? What are you looking for, Tommy? Well, the only thing I'm looking for is an EDF 90 millimeter of some sort.

[00:26:39] Well, I said F22.

[00:26:41] Oh, okay.

[00:26:42] Yeah.

[00:26:43] That's right.

[00:26:43] I'd really like to have a 90 millimeter F22, eventually. But the Super Scorpion is, like, a really close second. Yeah. So, yeah, that's the first thing I saw when I walked in. And then, if me, I hem and haw and mull it over and think about it and talk myself out of it. And then I talk myself back into it. And I'm sure it's maddening for anybody that's… That's turbine money. Well, and that's the thing. It is maddening, by the way. I'm sorry.

[00:27:13] But in the back of my head, I'm like, man, I'm, I'm getting close to buying my turbine. I mean, that's like, I need to finish that first and, because that's such a big purchase. And it's like, man. And the guy wanted $250 for it, which was fair. I mean, that was a fair price. It really was.

[00:27:31] It had a little bit of dings and stuff on it, but nothing bad.

[00:27:34] But it wasn't anything that would prevent it from flying as good as those fly.

[00:27:38] Yeah.

[00:27:38] So, yeah, I hemmed and hawed and talked myself out of it a couple times and talked myself back into it a couple times. And then I was like, okay. Finally, I'm like, I'm going to go over there and see, what his bottom, what he'll take for it. So, I went over there and it was, the guy's kid was behind the table. I was like, hey, just, I don't want a wheel and deal. I just want to know what, like, is the bottom dollar.

[00:28:00] Like, I don't want to do the whole, well, will you take this? Because, I just want to know what's it going to take. Well, hold on, I'll go ask dad. So, he goes and gets his dad. His dad comes over. He's like, eh, 200. I'm like, oh, gosh darn it, 200. There's really not that much money for this airplane. And then I walked away and started thinking about it some more. And then somebody came in behind me and bought it.

[00:28:20] As you were going over to buy it.

[00:28:22] Well, yeah. And that actually kind of went down kind of sour. Because he told me he would take 200 for it. I'm like, okay. And I kind of walked away. And then some other guys came in behind me. He offered them 200. And I guess they hem-hawed. But they didn't walk away. And he ended up giving it to them either for less or he gave them something else with it for $200. So, I didn't get the same offer. Maybe because I didn't stand there and, wheel and deal.

[00:28:51] But I don't like that part of it.

[00:28:52] I don't. Yeah, I'm bad at doing the deal thing, too. I don't like it either.

[00:28:56] But unbeknownst to me, you had made up, Ron, you had made up your mind to buy it if I didn't. Had I known that, I would have made sure that you got it and not those other guys.

[00:29:09] Yeah.

[00:29:10] But you did not tell me that.

[00:29:12] Well, no. I didn't want to tell you that because I knew from talking to you.

[00:29:14] Because I told you the exact same thing about the little stick you bought. I said, if you don't buy this, I'm going to buy it. Yeah. Because that was really a good deal, I thought. It was a nice looking stick. And it looks like new.

[00:29:23] It does look like it hardly looks like it's been flown.

[00:29:26] Yeah.

[00:29:26] The only thing that really irks me about it is the stickers were not placed correctly. And I don't know if I can get those off without damaging it.

[00:29:33] Yeah, you can.

[00:29:34] He can. Just be careful.

[00:29:36] Okay.

[00:29:36] I'm going to definitely try that.

[00:29:37] Alcohol. Yeah. For the residue. That it'll leave behind.

[00:29:40] All right. Anyway. But anyway, that was one that I knew I wanted, especially for the price. And you saying you would buy it if I didn't really didn't.

[00:29:54] Oh, you're talking about the stick. The stick.

[00:29:55] Sorry. Oh, gotcha. Yeah. Okay. That was one that didn't really push me into it because I think my mind was already made up on it when you said that. Gotcha. But yeah, the Super Scorpion kind of sucked because it was an hour or so. I want it. Oh, I'm not going to get it. Oh, I want it. I'm not going to get it. I'm like.

[00:30:16] I wanted it. I for sure wanted it. But I had this big turbine purchase in the back of my head. I know. Telling me not to spend any money.

[00:30:23] Like I get it. But I also didn't want to be the guy that, because I knew you wanted it. I knew how you liked it. I knew the way you looked at it. I could tell that it was an airplane you wanted. So I didn't want to be the guy that just came in and like, all right, well, I'm just going to buy it from underneath you.

[00:30:37] So I didn't do that. You wouldn't have been buying it from underneath me because I had not made an offer on it.

[00:30:41] But I didn't want to sneak in.

[00:30:44] I knew you were interested. You told me you were. I just didn't know you were going to buy it if I didn't.

[00:30:48] Yeah.

[00:30:49] You didn't share that with me. That's okay.

[00:30:51] Yeah. I figured that might have changed your mind on things.

[00:30:54] Hindsight. I don't regret not buying it, to be honest.

[00:30:58] Space wise, I don't regret not buying it. But I would love to be looking over to my shoulder right now and seeing it sitting there.

[00:31:05] Yeah. No, I get that. But I don't have any regrets not buying it. I did buy airplanes, though. So, I mean, it wasn't a complete waste. Correct. I did make a deal on a couple of airplanes, actually.

[00:31:18] I think you got a good idea.

[00:31:19] I think I did okay. They're old. An old, yeah. An old, the original Hangar 9 Ultra Stick 60, the transparent one, or translucent.

[00:31:27] I didn't realize that was Hangar 9.

[00:31:28] Yeah. Yeah. The translucent yellow and red. In okay shape. We'll say okay. It's not…

[00:31:36] It needs a little bit of work, but not bad.

[00:31:37] Yeah, it's not trashed, but, I have to demouse it first. Only the wing, though, it looks like. Just the wing, yeah. Like the fuselage looks like it was in good shape. But it has a brand new OS 61FX? 65 FX?

[00:31:49] 61 or 65. I didn't look at it that close, but it's one of the… Yeah.

[00:31:51] I looked down the plug hole. The piston is bright and shiny, so, I mean, I don't think it's got… If it's got any run time, it's not much, so…

[00:31:58] Bearings are good. Yeah. Bearings were smooth.

[00:32:01] In fact, that was kind of what… I think you were the one that said, hey, check the bearings. And there was no plug in it, so I went and turned it over, and it wasn't, like, stuck or anything. It turned over smooth. I was like, yeah. I mean, it's worth what I paid for, just probably for the engine.

[00:32:14] Yeah.

[00:32:14] But then, yeah, he had an old SIG Cadet. I'm not sure which version. I think…

[00:32:20] It's a smaller one. I think it was the…

[00:32:22] 40 size?

[00:32:23] The 40 size ARF. Oh, okay. I think is what that was. Okay. There was some back and forth with everybody trying to figure out if there was an ARF or somebody.

[00:32:30] Oh, okay. Yeah, I missed that conversation. But yeah, it wasn't… That looked built up, like stick built up. Did the ARFs look that way? Yeah.

[00:32:36] Oh, okay. But anyway, I said, you mentioned, hey, make an offer for both of those, and then you got an airplane to take to Lido, since I don't have the Beast now to take to Zolido. So, I made him an offer, and he accepted it, so I took home two translucent airplanes.

[00:32:55] Yep. Trading fodder.

[00:32:57] Yeah, I think what I'm… Yeah, exactly. I think what I'm going to do, though, with that Hangar 9 stick is, since I already have a stick, I think I'm going to try to save as much of the translucent covering. I'm going to uncover the bottom of the wing, do the repairs that need to be repaired, and then put LEDs in it.

[00:33:14] That'd be awesome as a night flyer.

[00:33:15] Yeah, a glow-powered night flyer.

[00:33:18] A glow-powered glowing airplane. Nice.

[00:33:22] See what you did there.

[00:33:23] Can you imagine flying a glow-powered glowing airplane off of… where I'm going.

[00:33:30] Float said Joe Null?

[00:33:31] Yeah.

[00:33:32] Yeah, that would be awesome. And I think, I don't think it would be all that hard, because the stick that I currently fly is the predecessor to the one I just bought. That's older, really? Oh, yeah. They're both. Yeah, they're both Hangar 9. And I'm pretty sure the dimensions at the bottom of the fuselage are pretty close. So, it should be pretty easy to transplant the floats off of my stick onto this one.

[00:33:55] Onto my stick. Onto my… As you're saying.

[00:33:58] Because they're both your sticks. Well, that's true. My old stick onto my new old stick.

[00:34:04] Your glowing stick.

[00:34:05] My glow stick.

[00:34:07] That's a… There you go. Now you got the name for it.

[00:34:10] And it's yellow, so it's…

[00:34:11] Yeah. It's named. That's awesome. I just have to put the lights in it now. Which I was going to ask. So, because that's nitro-powered, and I'll have to use a receiver pack, to power the radio, because it's not electric. How would I… Do you think I should do, like, the receiver battery, like, with a three-cell with a regulator? That way I've got the power source for the LEDs already on board? Or should I carry around an extra three-cell just for the lights?

[00:34:35] It'll never notice a light difference.

[00:34:37] Just put a separate 1500 in it. Done. That's easy. It's just way easier. Yeah. And you're not draining anything from the radio.

[00:34:46] And I already have a simple switch. I was going to say you need 12 volts, though. Well, they run on three-cells. They run on three-cells just fine. That's what's in my Vamana. Runs fine on three-cells.

[00:34:56] Oh, you're talking about putting an actual… Okay. I got you. I'm sorry. You're talking about putting a full other LiPo in there for it. Just run the lights.

[00:35:03] Well, that's what I was asking. Should I put one LiPo in there on a regulator to power the radio and the lights?

[00:35:09] No.

[00:35:09] Or two separate?

[00:35:11] I would do two separate, yeah.

[00:35:12] And like I said, stick's never going to notice that extra weight.

[00:35:14] Yeah. And it won't be that much. You don't even have to put a big… You could even use one of the like 3S850s or something like that.

[00:35:20] Oh, yeah. Yeah, there's no way anything.

[00:35:22] Yeah.

[00:35:23] I got a 1500 in the paramotor and…

[00:35:26] I've got several of those 1000s. Yeah.

[00:35:28] Perfect. That's all it takes.

[00:35:30] That on one of those little RC switches so I can turn them off and on with a transmitter. How cool would that be?

[00:35:35] There you go.

[35:35] UNKNOWN: Nice.

[00:35:36] I'm excited.

[00:35:36] As long as it doesn't turn off accidentally.

[00:35:40] Yeah. Glowstick. That's its name. You have to…

[00:35:44] Yeah. You have to do everything for it now. Yeah. It's got to have the vinyl cutouts. It's got to be named. It's got to be all that stuff. Awesome.

[00:35:53] Dave, what about you? What did you pick up at the SWAT meet? A book.

[00:35:58] But you sold… Well, you sold an airplane to Ron. Sold an airplane to Ron. I sold a bag of retracts from a crashed free wing T-45 for $10.

[00:36:09] That's actually a really good deal. Yeah. $10 for a set of retracts in that size.

[00:36:12] And they were all in great shape mechanically in the retract.

[00:36:16] Yeah.

[00:36:17] The nose gear was slightly bent, which is nothing more than taking it apart and putting in a vice and you're good to go again. Easy peasy. And then the hardest sale I've ever had. This is what I was looking for. Him and Hod back and forth. A set of mechanical retracts with Robart wheels and Dubrow axles for $5. Yeah. Him and Hod for $5. I had a dollar. My, myself, is like, I don't know if it'll fit. I don't know. Here's five bucks. I'll try it.

[00:36:49] Yeah. And then if it doesn't, I usually just throw stuff away.

[00:36:52] Or, yeah, throw it in your bucket of miscellaneous parts. Miscellaneous stuff to take to the next SWAT meet. Yeah, whatever.

[00:36:57] That's funny, though.

[00:36:58] It was $5. I mean, I shouldn't complain about people hemming and hawing over it, but $5. No, no, you shouldn't.

[00:37:05] $5. It was $25 with the Robart tires.

[00:37:08] Yeah. It's only $5 times 20 that you were talking about, so. So, I guess times 40. But still, it's low. Low money.

[00:37:17] So. For you. You don't have a turbine to buy.

[00:37:19] I did have a turbine to buy.

[00:37:23] Yeah. How much stuff did you buy leading up to that?

[00:37:26] What do you mean?

[00:37:27] Like, did you sacrifice other stuff so that you could buy the turbine?

[00:37:33] Did you sacrifice? I don't know how I should answer this. Honestly, you're not.

[00:37:37] Well, yeah. Don't lie to me. No, I really didn't. Oh. I can't afford to do that, so.

[00:37:42] Yeah, definitely not. Because I'm knowing him and how we're a $5. Oh, it was fun, though. It's like. Yeah. We are going to make this sale one way or another.

[00:37:55] Yeah. And let me tell you, I tried to, like, I tried my hardest to spend Daniel's money. Oh, he. But he's. I don't know what he's. He's tough. Yeah. Like, when he makes up his mind. It's not going. He's not going to do it. Like, there was a really good deal. I thought it was a really good deal. But then other times, he'll just drop money. It's like, where did that come from?

[00:38:15] Like, a third-scale cub. Okay. Oh, well, yeah. That's true. If he sees it and he wants it, he will buy it.

[00:38:23] Yeah.

[00:38:25] Like, what one are you talking about? The A10?

[00:38:27] Well, that and that Durafly EF Extra.

[00:38:31] Yeah, I don't think he wanted that one very much, or else he would have.

[00:38:34] He was, he'd actually thought about the EF Extra.

[00:38:36] Yeah.

[00:38:36] He said anything he was going to buy, it was going to be that one.

[00:38:39] The A10, he had no. Yeah. You tried to get him to get that one.

[00:38:42] That was just me trying to, yeah. Because we have, it was a GWS A10, which they don't make anymore. We all have one.

[00:38:49] We all have one. Just not, mine's not flyable. But yes, I have one. 2030 might be the date that it flies, but.

[00:38:58] Yeah. I mean, maybe.

[00:39:02] I don't want to put a timer on it.

[00:39:04] Maybe it'll be your Softwood Camel project.

[00:39:07] Oh, God, I hope not. It's just a piece of foam.

[00:39:09] It's not. It's built. It just needs painted. It doesn't even need painted. You can fly it as is. I think it still needs some sanding and stuff.

[00:39:15] Yeah, it needs, I'm trying to think what else, because it's not completely done. Like, there's no. An evening's worth of work. Well, maybe. Next to nothing. I have to get a new screw for the wings.

[00:39:27] Oh, wow. That three millimeter by 25 millimeter screw is. That's holding up the project.

[00:39:33] Now that I think about it, I think I have extras sitting over there.

[00:39:35] Probably.

[00:39:36] No, mentally, I just have so much other stuff to do that's holding up the project. But I'm not going to complain about it. Okay. Because it's good. It's all good.

[00:39:47] Did Daniel, oh, he did. He bought a wing, didn't he?

[00:39:49] Yeah, he, we'd actually looked at that wing at the swap meet we went to two weeks ago, three weeks ago, whatever it was.

[00:39:56] Yeah.

[00:39:56] Okay. And he'd almost bought it then. I actually almost made a deal on it, because that's where I got the Cessna 182, the same guy. And I almost made it, tried to make a deal for both of them with him, but I didn't. And then Daniel was looking at it, and he hemming-hawed about it, and it was 25 bucks, so.

[00:40:14] Yeah. And that one's going to be a screamer. That one will be a little bit livelier than the wings he's been flying.

[00:40:19] Than what he's used to.

[00:40:20] A little bit, yeah. Cool.

[00:40:22] That'll be good for him, though.

[00:40:23] Yeah, I think so. I guess I should get one next. Everyone else has one but me now. I don't. But you have one. It's just not finished.

[00:40:34] Okay, I have cut pieces of foam, I'm sure.

[00:40:36] Well, no, you've got the one that was laying right over there.

[00:40:40] He's just got… It's not pretty good. It still is. Yeah. It's two pieces of foam glued together. It's all the farther I've made it. Did you cut those?

[00:40:46] No.

[00:40:47] So you had two wingtips, and it's done. Yeah. And electronics and all that stuff, and you got to cover it. Hinging. All that. Yeah. Yeah. We'll get there. Maybe.

[00:40:58] You should get that ready for Joe Nol, though.

[00:41:00] Yeah. I need to make a list of things. Honestly, for the winter, that I make sure I do.

[00:41:05] Yeah. Cut some slots in it. I was just going to say that. Yep.

[00:41:09] I don't know.

[00:41:10] Put it on the router table and just mill a slot in it for some LEDs.

[00:41:13] Maybe.

[00:41:14] That'd be cool. We'll see. I didn't even mill them in that other airplane I did. I cut them by hand with a soldering iron. Oh, yeah. That works fine. Yeah.

[00:41:22] I'm sure it would be all right.

[00:41:24] A little jiggly here and there, but… It's just for the lights.

[00:41:28] Oh, well.

[00:41:30] So, anyway. I did get a free airplane.

[00:41:33] A free… You got a free airplane?

[00:41:35] I got a free airplane.

[00:41:36] Oh, that's right. I forgot all about that.

[00:41:38] Yeah. That the guy I got the book from, he had a box sitting on the counter, and it was about the size of a book. And it just said free on it. I was like, are you serious? It's free? I mean, it looks nice. It wasn't beat up, nasty. Yeah. Most free stuff is, well, what it's looked like. Get what you pay for…. This is a HET Engineering Kawasaki Tony. Speed 400.

[00:42:08] Very well done, too. Yeah. Like, I don't know if you looked at it, but I haven't… I opened the box and looked at it.

[00:42:12] I haven't seen it, but no.

[00:42:13] It's an ARF. It's an all-wood ARF that's pre-covered. Like, I mean… It was laser cut. All you got to do is glue a few pieces together and install some radio gear.

[00:42:21] It looks really nice. Apparently, from what I see, the hardest part is getting the motor fished down in the long,

[00:42:26] Long fuselage.

[00:42:28] I hear some girlfriends have been asked to help out with that, with the small fingers. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.

[00:42:36] Huh. Not the direction you were thinking that was going to go, was it?

[00:42:39] I didn't know where that was going to be, honest with you.

[00:42:41] The look on Ron's face.

[00:42:43] Keep it PG, boys.

[00:42:45] Keep it PG. Anyway. But no, yeah. I couldn't believe it was free. I couldn't either. Like, you showed it to me. I was like, man, this is nice. No, I mean, the canopy's a little yellow, but… The canopy's yellowed. Whatever.

[00:42:55] It's just blow my own. It's probably… I use my own vacuum form machine. There you go. You okay, Ron? Yeah. What? Go on. Keep talking.

[00:43:10] It's hard to do. Yeah. I don't know what he thinks is so funny. Do tell.

[00:43:17] No. It's late. I'm tired. You're still… Okay.

[00:43:20] There was a very small wrinkle in the rudder, the covering. Other than that, it was perfect. Yeah. I couldn't believe this thing was free. Not bad. Free.

[00:43:28] I tried to pay the guy, and he wouldn't take any money at all for it. Oh, so that's… Okay. And then that's when you bought the book.

[00:43:33] Yeah. Yeah. Nice. It was a kind of a mercy purchase. Mm-hmm.

[00:43:37] I get it. I'm glad it worked out.

[00:43:40] Mm-hmm. It looks like it's going to be fun. From everything I see, the thing's a silver bullet, literally. Oh, yeah. It's silver.

[00:43:46] Yeah. Well, that's right up Dave's alley.

[00:43:48] Yeah.

[00:43:49] I don't want to see the plane.

[00:43:51] Yeah. Why would you want to see it?

[00:43:52] Let's make it match the sky.

[00:43:53] Let's make it…

[43:53] UNKNOWN: Yeah.

[00:43:54] Let's make it invisible to the naked eye. I don't know. I don't have any problems seeing things, but… I have… I can't see silver. Silver? Silver and gray? I got no problems.

[00:44:05] It depends how far away it is, I think. Yeah. And how fast it is.

[00:44:11] If it's got markings on it that contrast pretty well, I can usually pick that out. But it also, like that T-34, I have a very hard time seeing your T-34.

[44:21] UNKNOWN: Okay.

[00:44:22] It's got checkerboards on it. But it does fly good. So, anyway. Oh, yeah. So, what else?

[00:44:28] Anything?

[00:44:29] That's all I got. I mean, pretty excited now. We'll put the glow stick together.

[00:44:34] I know. I love that. That's so cool. We have the wives episode coming up here.

[00:44:38] That's right.

[00:44:39] Pretty quick.

[00:44:39] Oh, my gosh. It's almost here already.

[00:44:41] It's almost Christmas time. I can't believe it.

[00:44:43] I know.

[00:44:45] So, if anybody has questions or anything they want us to bring up with the wives when they're on, send them in to us. I think that's about it. I think we'll have one more episode normal before we do the wives. And then we need to also talk about getting into some more interviews and stuff, too, because we've got a list we need to get through.

[00:45:04] Yeah. Yep. Those are always fun.

[00:45:06] They are.

[00:45:07] I like doing those.

[00:45:08] Me, too.

[00:45:09] Getting other people's perspective besides ours.

[00:45:11] Mm-hmm. Yep. I get your guys anytime I want.

[00:45:16] Even if I don't want them.

[00:45:17] I was going to say, even if you don't ask, you're going to hear it.

[00:45:19] So, I have gotten some workshop time in. I've been covering the coverall on this.

[00:45:24] Good. I like to hear that.

[00:45:26] I had bought, I ran out of razor blades, number 11 blades, ordered some off Amazon. I thought, I've ordered off brands before. Everything's fine. The ones I got, they're sharp enough to work as a utility knife. They're fine. But when it comes to cutting that coverall, they were snagging and it was nasty. I end up spending 30 bucks and getting a box of Excels. Mm-hmm. I couldn't believe it. It was like, are you serious?

[00:45:56] Yeah. That reminds me. Horizon had a clearance sale on a lot of their tools and stuff.

[00:46:00] Oh, that's right. Yeah.

[00:46:02] Like.

[00:46:02] My order will be here tomorrow, I think. Nice. Yeah.

[00:46:07] But anyway, so they had 100 packs. They had two different kinds. Regular number 11 blades and they had the stainless steel number 11 blades.

[00:46:15] I don't recall us saying who they were made by.

[00:46:17] I don't know. But I think the original price was like 42 bucks for a 100 pack. It had on sale for like $3.90.

[00:46:24] Well, there you go.

[00:46:25] It's. Yeah. It might still be on there. It might. If you. Well, you're done with Horizon, but.

[00:46:31] They keep sending me emails. I keep deleting them immediately. For that price?

[00:46:35] Probably ought to look at something. Yeah. But yeah. There was a lot of, there was a lot of good stuff on there. Hemostats for under two bucks. Yeah.

[00:46:41] It's not like a hundred dollars worth of. Yeah. Me too. Mine was like 94 bucks.

[00:46:45] But still. A lot of stuff.

[00:46:47] It's workshop stuff.

[00:46:48] Yeah. Stuff that you don't want to run out of. Right. Especially during building season.

[00:46:52] Which is upon us. It is. Because by the way, what's the weather supposed to be like this week?

[00:46:56] Crappy.

[00:46:57] 12. This weekend is a low. 12. High of like 22. That's. On Sunday, I think is what it is. Terrible.

[00:47:05] Saturday or Sunday, I know.

[00:47:06] Considering it was just, yesterday it was 62.

[00:47:09] 62. Yeah. Well, it was a big difference. I worked this morning, didn't take a jacket. And I came home tonight, it's like.

[00:47:16] I should have had a jacket.

[00:47:17] I kind of needed a jacket. Yeah. Same. I went to work this morning in shorts. Oh. I don't know about that. Left to work this afternoon.

[00:47:24] I was like, I should have wore pants.

[00:47:26] Yeah.

[00:47:26] I don't know if I could do shorts in this weather, but still.

[00:47:29] Yeah.

[00:47:30] All right.

[00:47:30] So anyway, we're rambling.

[00:47:31] Anything else? I'm good. You good?

[00:47:34] Nope. I'm good. I'm good.

[00:47:35] All right. Well, everybody, thank you for listening. Sorry for the boring episode. It happens every now and then. Until next time, I'm Ron.

[00:47:41] I'm Tom. And I'm Dave. Good night. Good night.
