If you don’t have a wing jig, it can help make sure you are assembling your ribs square to the plans and can help if you’re building a square fuselage. It also has handy gauges to easily and quickly measure the thickness of your balsa, or the diameter of round rods.
Oh, the bees! In this episode of the RC Plane Lab podcast, Ron and Tom talk about their latest trip to the field, and the overwhelming number of sweat bees they had to contend with. They also talk about what it takes to teach someone how to fly RC airplanes, and Tom’s fascination with biplanes.
